Beacon House Bunks is situated on the B1255 between Flamborough and Bridlington.
Flamborough village centre is 1 mile. There are several pubs, cafes and fish ‘n’ chip shops. There is a supermarket.
Just across the road is Danes Dyke Nature Reserve. From here a 10 minute walk takes you the sandy beach and the cliff top path. You can walk along the cliffs to the lighthouse at Flamborough Head, to see seals and other wildlife.
RSPB Bempton Cliffs is 4 miles. Visit the renowned bird reserve to see Gannets, Puffins, Kittiwakes and more.
Bridlington is a traditional seaside resort. There are two sandy beaches, funfair amusements and Leisure Centre with fun pool. Boat and fishing trips run from the working harbour. Take a land-train ride to Sewerby Hall and Gardens. There is also the Spa theatre hosting well known artists.
Beacon House Bunks is close to the National Cycle Network, Route One and the ‘Way of the Roses’.
